Bangalore, Jul 29 (PTI) The Principal Controller of Defence Accounts here has launched websites of all six Pay and Accounts Offices (PAOs) under its charge. These PAOs serve the interests of jawans belonging to the Army Service Corp, the Madras Engineering Group, the Maratha Light Infantry, the Corp of Military Police, the Pioneer Corp and the Parachute Regiment, a release said. The website will feature details on pay, allowances and other particulars of jawans belonging to these Corps and Regiments and allow the men access their pay accounts from anywhere in the country, by logging on to these websites. The jawans will also be able to view all the transactions instantly, and without having to run from pillar to post for details and clarifications. They can also convey their grievances online. While the website for PAO Army Service Corps began a month ago, the websites of the other five PAOs were officially launched yesterday.
